Recipe Of The Week: How To Prepare ‘Potato and Carrot Salad’


I know many home haven’t tried this recipe but

I bet you this recipe taste pretty good.


1 kilo of diced potato
1/4 kilo of diced carrots
3  diced boiled eggs
1/4 cup parsley (chopped)
1 cup mayonaise
1 cup all purpose cream
salt and pepper to taste


1. Boil the carrots and potatoes until soft (around 8-10 minutes) drain after boiling and set aside until cool.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients, then chill and serve.
